'Speakeasy' Puts Paul F. Tompkins In A Bar With Ty Burrell, Zach Galifianakis, Weird Al & More (VIDEO)

WATCH: Paul F. Tompkins' Boozy New Web Show

Comedian Paul F. Tompkins is a dapper man -- the kind of guy you could imagine seeing in a prohibition-era pub talking jubilantly to strangers. Between his dry wit, his signature facial hair (his mustache has its own Facebook page) and his penchant for three-piece suits, he fits right in as host of a new web series called "Speakeasy."

"Most people seem to be under the impression that I wear nothing but the clothes of dead people," Tompkins joked during a phone interview. "All the stuff I wear is new but people assume that I'm prying it out of coffins."

It's more than just Tompkins' style that makes "Speakeasy," which recently launched on Break Media's Made Man website, different from the average interview series. In the preview above you can see Tompkins talking candidly over drinks with the likes of Zach Galifianakis, Chris Hardwick, "Weird" Al Yankovic, Oscar Nunez of "The Office," and more.

In the first episode below, we see "Modern Family" favorite Ty Burrell talk about his first time drinking, working on comedies vs. dramas and more over a couple of Monte Carlos with Tompkins. Burrell's anecdotes are pretty funny (he compares his first time being drunk to Will Ferrell in "Old School") but future episodes reveal some pretty offbeat things about the guests (Did you know that Nunez is a licensed dental tech? Or that Hardwick has a collection of over 100 framed insects?).

While the lineup thus far is all-male (Made Man is a men's lifestlye site, after all) Tompkins, ever the gentleman, said he'd "love to get some ladies in there" and cited "Community" actress Gillian Jacobs as someone who has a lot of great stories.

Watch the premiere episode with Ty Burrell below. New videos come out every other Monday.
