'7 Days Of Sex' On Lifetime Exclusive (VIDEO)

Lifetime's "7 Days Of Sex" (Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET) continues to document the lives of married men and women struggling to rekindle the spark in their relationships.

On the series, couples are faced with a new kind of therapy: Having sex for seven straight days. And in our exclusive clip above, couples explain exactly what the challenges entail.

"We're trying to put the romance back into our life," one woman explains. Another man adds, "It's about bringing our intimacy back into the marriage we once had."

While the series is still in early days, so far the effects of having sex for seven days have been beneficial. In the first episode, tired parents Brown and Lauryn Partington agreed to the challenge, the result turned out to be beneficial.

"The sex was great," Brown said, "but it was also very nice to see our relationship blossom."
