Certain Los Angeles homes, especially in Beverly Hills, seem to go from the ownership of one celebrity to another.

In another such case, Ryan Seacrest has bought Ellen DeGeneres' 9,200 square-foot Beverly Hills mansion for close to the $49 million asking price, according to TMZ.

Seacrest, who is reportedly worth $125 mililon and makes $45 million a year, made the purchase through the same realtor, Kurt Rappaport, whom Ellen used to make the sale. Rappaport, surely, is currently celebrating his hefty double commission.

The mansion, which has three guest homes, a couple of cement ponds and 2.87 acres (almost a whole block in Beverly Hills!), was previously owned by Max Mutchnick, co-creator of "Will and Grace."

Meanwhile, Seacrest is still trying to sell his Hollywood home and has reduced the price from $14.95 million to $11.9 million, Celebuzz reports. This estate, which features six bedrooms, six-and-a half baths, a screening room, large wine cellar, gym, tennis and swimming pool with a cabana, once belonged to to Kevin Costner and wife Christine Baumgartner.
