A 21,746-square-foot waterfront mansion at 12 Indian Creek Drive in Miami Beach is on the market for a staggering $45 million.
Owner Leroy Schecter, the chairman of a steel manufacturing company, increased the listed price of $35 million after a number of high-end real estate sales in the area, the listing broker Nelson Gonzalez told Wall Street Journal.
Schecter, 85, plans to donate 90% of his net worth to charitable causes after his death, Gonzalez added.
The three-story mansion has seven bedrooms and a whopping 17 bathrooms. The home also has multiple fireplaces as well as a den, yoga room, billard room, swimming pool, sauna, media room, and a 7-car garage.
Besides the view of the intracoastal, it also overlooks the Indian Creek Golf Course.
