'True Blood' Season 5 Trailer: Chris Meloni As Roman And The Return Of Russell Edgington

Russell Edgington Is Back In The New 'True Blood' Trailer

Less than two weeks until "True Blood" is back with Season 5 (premieres Sunday, June 10 at 9 p.m. ET ) and HBO continues to prove "waiting sucks" with a new trailer.

The latest sneak peek features another look at Christopher Meloni's return to the small screen as Roman and the startling reemergence of Russell Edgington (Denis O'Hare), who Sookie (Anna Paquin) didn't know wasn't entirely dead.

Though the new "True Blood' Season 5 trailer still doesn't reveal whether or not Tara (Rutina Wesley) is actually dead, it does prove that next season will be full of drama, blood and explosions.

But still, the supernatural characters of Bon Temps are able to have some humor about it all. "A three-thousand-year-old vampire wants to suck my blood. Must be Thursday!" Sookie jokes in the new Season 5 trailer.

Take a look at the trailer below for some more "True Blood" Season 5 clues: Is that Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) pointing a gun at Sookie and calling her "the angel of death"? Did Bill (Stephen Moyer) say, "There's a leak somewhere"? Is your skin also crawling at the sound of Russell shouting, "I wanna gorge on human blood because I like it"?

Still thirsty? Check out other new looks at "True Blood" Season 5, including the first official teaser trailer, and some clips featuring scenes between Sam and Luna, Pam and Eric, and Patrick and Terry.

"True Blood" Season 5 premieres Sunday, June 10 at 9 p.m. ET on HBO.
