Lindsay Lohan Tanning Lawsuit: Star Accused Of Stiffing Company Out Of $40K

Lindsay Lohan's Tanning Lawsuit Drags On

Lindsay Lohan has been accused of stiffing Tanning Vegas, a mobile airbrush tanning company, out of $40,000. According to TMZ, the star failed to pay for tanning sessions from 2007 through 2009, causing the company to sue her in early 2011.

Unsurprisingly, it seems LiLo was less than interested in paying for tans that faded long ago. On Monday TMZ reported that the Nevada-based tanning company is trying to move the case to California, where Lindsay -- and all her assets -- are located.

Ironically, Tanning Vegas is run by Lorit Simon, who is also the co-founder of Lohan's own self-tanning line, Sevin Nyne. Sevin Nyne was born in 2009... right around the time, it seems, Lohan stopped hitting up Tanning Vegas for professional airbrushing.

And, in case you were wondering, Sevin Nyne is still going strong... sort of. You can score a 5oz bottle of the brand's Tanning Mist at Sephora on sale, reduced from $35 to $17.

Which is a whole lot less than $40K.
