Wilmer Valderrama Sued: Neighbor Alleges 'Loud And Disturbing Noises' Came From Actor's Home

Wilmer Valderrama Slapped With Lawsuit

Someone just slapped Wilmer Valderrama—with a lawsuit!

The "That 70’s Show" actor is being sued over alleged "loud and disturbing noises" that are emanating from his Tarzana, California home at all hours of the day and night, according to a lawsuit obtained by E! News.

In the suit, Valderrama's disgruntled neighbor (plaintiff Baruch Eichenbaum), claims that he can hear all kinds of disturbing noises coming from Valderrama's house, including partying, vehicle traffic and barking dogs, per the complaint he filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on May 22.

Eichenbaum also claims that since 2007, he has on several occasions called the police on Valderrama, and has even sent him several personal letters and called him dozens of times, "but the frequent loud and disturbing noise has continued."

On top of that, Eichenbaum also alleges that work being done on Valderrama’s guest house in his backyard, resulted in his own yard and garage being flooded last year.

Eichenbaum is claiming mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering and asking for both monetary damages and a permanent injunction that will prohibit Valderrama, his staff and whoever else comes to the house from making noise "sufficiently loud to disturb [Eichenbaum's] comfortable enjoyment of his property,” according to E! News. He has also asked for an injunction to prevent the actor from doing stuff in his yard that will result in water flowing into the plaintiff’s yard.
