Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood says he will be in Detroit Monday for a meeting on the fate of the proposed M-1 light rail project up Woodward Avenue.
The meeting is expected to include Gov. Rick Snyder, Detroit Mayor Dave Bing, members of Congress and the M-1 group at the mayor's office in Detroit Monday morning.
