Which Show Will Jerry Seinfeld Appear On Next?

Jerry Seinfeld is about to lend another comedian's self-titled show some star power. According to Hollywood.com, Seinfeld will appear on Season 3 of FX's "Louie."

Chris Rock reportedly revealed the news when Seinfeld called him in the middle of the junket for "Madagascar 3" to discuss his day at work on the set of "Louie."

Louis CK's little FX series that could has also featured guest stints from Joan Rivers, Dane Cook and Ricky Gervais. No word on who Seinfeld will play and when, but "Louie" Season 3 kicks off on Thursday, June 28 10:30 p.m. ET on FX.

In other casting news...

Emma Stone is heading to "iCarly." The actress is set to guest star in an episode centered on Carly (Miranda Cosgrove), Sam (Jennette McCurdy) and Freddie's (Nathan Kress) attempt to find Carly's brother Spencer (Jerry Trainor) a "grownup" friend. While on their quest, the cross paths with Stone's character, a hyperactive fan of Carly's web show. [EW]

Alfre Woodard is headed to "True Blood." Woodard will return to the HBO series as Ruby Jean Reynolds, Lafayette's (Nelsan Ellis) schizophrenic mother. [EW]

Robert Patrick will be a series regular on "Last Resort." The "X-Files" alum has landed a permanent spot as the submarine’s MC Joseph Prosser on the ABC thriller. [TVLine]

J.R. Martinzes will appear on "Army Wives." The "Dancing With The Stars" champion is set to play a physical therapist for injured veterans on the Lifetime series. [EW]

Tina Majorino is making her way to HBO. The "Veronica Mars" vet will be part of the Vampire Authority's support staff in Season 5 of "True Blood." [TVLine]
