'On The Fly': How To Tell A Customer Their Carry-On Baggage Got Urinated On (VIDEO)

Poor Jennifer had the difficult task of telling a passenger about an incredibly awkward baggage situation that happened on the latest installment of "On the Fly" (Thu., 9 p.m. ET on TLC).

She couldn't even tell the cameras without laughing. The passenger had put her carry-on bag under the seat in front of her, and the child in the seat wet himself, the seat and ultimately the passenger's baggage. It was now in a white plastic bag, and Jennifer was faced with the prospect of an angry passenger.

But all was well. Being a mother of three children made the passenger sympathetic and understanding and she was able to laugh it off knowing that accidents happen. It probably helped as well that Southwest Airlines gave her a $75.00 travel voucher for the inconvenience and rather unpleasant mess she had to deal with.

"On the Fly," a fun and fascinating look at the much-maligned airline industry, continues Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
