Ramona Singer Doesn't Miss Jill Zarin Or Kelly Bensimon On 'Real Housewives Of New York' Season 5

'Real Housewives Of New York' Season 5: Ramona Singer Doesn't Miss Jill Zarin Or Kelly Bensimon

"The Real Housewives of New York City" returns Monday with a whole new cast but the same old drama.

"The new girls are great," LuAnn De Lesseps told me on the set of "New York Live." "I knew Aviva before the show and was surprised when they brought the new ladies in. I didn't bring her onto the show," she said.

Ramona Singer said she didn't know any of the new ladies before they started filming and admits that they bumped heads at first before ultimately becoming friends.

LuAnn, who also says she's still hoping to have a baby, confesses, "I miss Jill Zarin and Kelly [Bensimon] the most. I do miss the girls."

However, Ramona doesn't seem to mind the cast change at all, saying, "It's bittersweet. Change is good. I like change."

Insiders tell me the new season starts with a love triangle that unfolds when the new housewife Aviva Drescher becomes convinced that Sonja Morgan has slept with her ex-husband, Harry Dubin. LuAnn then hints that she also went on a date with him, further complicating matters. However, the most memorable scene is when Drescher, who had her left leg amputated after a farm accident, goes to get a pedicure with Sonja. She has her toes painted on the leg she's wearing, and also on a spare that she brings in a bag, so that it matches when she puts on that leg.
