UPDATE:
Catelynn Lowell has responded to claims she's expecting again, telling Us Weekly:
"Don't believe everything you read, I'm definitely not pregnant!... I'm on the pill. And, I'm only 20 -- I don't want to have kids until I'm out of school and we're married."
In Touch tells The Huffington Post: "We stand by our story 100 percent."

Fans of "Teen Mom" watched Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra place their daughter for adoption and deal with the emotional aftermath on MTV. Now, the couple may be facing parenthood once again.
According to In Touch, Lowell and Baltierra are expecting another child together and they are reportedly planning on keeping the baby this time.
Lowell's friend, Jamie Pyrzewski, confirmed the baby news to In Touch, revealing that the reality star "was nervous and scared" when she found out she was pregnant again. However, after processing the life changing news, her apprehension quickly turned into excitement.
"This time, she knew immediately that she wanted to keep the baby. She’s just so happy," another source adds.
Lowell and Baltierra, now both 20, have been together since meeting in 7th grade. Lowell became pregnant in high school, and the couple welcomed a baby girl in May 2009, with their story being documented for "16 and Pregnant." They decided the best thing for their daughter was to put her up for adoption, and MTV continued to tell their emotional story on "Teen Mom."
"We chose [adoption] with one person in mind -- our daughter, because she deserved the best and at the time I couldn't provide her the best," Baltierra says on the couple's website. "As a parent, I made the greatest sacrifice in order to provide her with the best life."
