Heard of Huff Post's in-the-works app, GPS for the Soul? The multi-disciplinary technology seeks to give users the means to center yourself in times of disequilibrium, by calling up personalized music, art and photographs at the first sign of bodily stress. Leading up to the app's launch, we're featuring posts inspired by its mission. So now we'd like to know: when in your life were you most helped by art?
Were you angry? Disillusioned? In pain? Did a play or a novel speak to you? Maybe an aria? Did it soothe you, or give you more to chew on? Whatever the circumstances, we want to know. Send your responses to firstname.lastname@example.org by July 10. The reader whose scenario speaks to us most will win two tickets to the Paris Opera Ballet's legendary production of "Giselle," at the Lincoln Center in New York City on Tuesday, July 17, at 8 pm, courtesy Lincoln Center Festival.
