'The View' Hosts Discuss Nora Ephron And Their Own Funerals (VIDEO)

WATCH: Whoopi And Barbara Talk About Planning Their Funerals

In a contemplative segment of "The View," Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar reflected on the memorial of the late Nora Ephron and talked about their plans for their own ceremonies after their passing.

Ephron's memorial was held on Monday; Walters and Behar, along with a boatload of other A-list names, attended. Walters showed the program to the viewers; it contained, among other things, a recipe from Ephron.

Behar and Walters talked about how shocked they had been to hear that Ephron was so ill. Behar said that Walters had been "so upset" by the news. Walters said she had been about to call Ephron to come over for dinner.

The talk then turned to how, because she had known for some time that she was dying, Ephron was able to plan her own memorial exactly as she wanted it. Goldberg revealed that she has also planned out her funeral. Asked if she could tell the other hosts what would happen, she said, "No!" As the audience laughed, she told her co-hosts that they would all be invited to the ceremony.

"Just bring your dancing shoes," she added.

Walters said that, for herself, she wanted "no memorial, nothing."

"I know that you would love to say that, but that's not going to happen," Goldberg told her. "Every network is going to cover it."

"But I won't be there!" Walters replied. "I won't know it!"

Eventually, Behar came up with a good solution for Walters: "Get cremated and have your ashes sprinkled on George Clooney."
