Paul Raef, Paparazzo, Charged With Reckless Driving In Justin Bieber Case (PHOTOS)

Remember That Justin Bieber Reckless Driving Incident?

Remember the wild Jusin Bieber freeway chase that occurred in LA last month?

Well, charges are being made, but not against the teen pop icon.

Bieber contends that he was being chased by paparazzi, and subsequently, charges are being filed against the photographers who were tailing the pop star. Paul Raef, the paparazzo apparently in charge of the throng of photographers, has just been charged with 4 counts, reports TMZ. Raef faces two counts of "following another vehicle too closely and reckless driving, with the intent to capture pictures for commercial gain," one count of "reckless driving," and one count of "failing to obey the lawful order of a peace officer," TMZ tells us.

And this isn't Bieber's first run-in with the CHP. He was pulled over at least three times just last year. And during his encounter with Raef, he was issued a ticket at the intersection of Vineland Avenue and Ventura Boulevard for reckless driving in his Fisker Karma.

This driving drama comes only weeks after Bieber was asked to testify for a case in which he was accused of behaving violently towards a photographer at the Calabasas Commons near Los Angeles.
