36 Of The Funniest Political Impressions Ever (VIDEO)

36 LOL-Worthy Political Impressions

Whether on "Saturday Night Live," Funny Or Die or stand-up stages across the country, political impressions are a staple for many great comedians, especially during an election year.

With less than 100 days until this year's big election, we'll certainly be seeing our fair share of Barack Obama, Mitt Romney and Joe Biden impressions in the coming months (and let's hope whoever Mitt decides to run with has an "SNL" doppelganger). But before then, we decided to look back on the funniest political impressions of all time.

Or, at least 36 of them.

Check out nearly 40 spot-on impressions of the most influential political figures below, including such classics as Will Ferrell's George W. Bush, Tina Fey's Sarah Palin and Phil Hartman's Bill Clinton, plus some others that you may not have seen before, like stand-up comic James Adomian's take on Jesse Ventura. And if you haven't heard "SNL" newcomer Jay Pharoah's Obama impression yet, trust us: your next water cooler conversation will probably be about how it stacks up to Fred Armisen's.
