Jane Lumb, Model/Actress, Channels A Sexy School Girl (PHOTO)

Don't You Wish You Looked This Good In A Tie?

Jane Lumb, the late English fashion model and actress, was considered a top mannequin in the 1960s and she had the style chops to prove it. Made famous by her come-hither pout and long legs, Lumb entered the spotlight by posing in the first international edition of the Pirelli Calendar, and making an appearance in a Rolling Stones video.

This 1967 photograph captures the blonde stunner in a knitted suit by designer Dorothe Bis. Her school girl look is still very à la mode and could be copied on any summer day. We love her matching skirt and vest -- it's very "Mr.Rogers' Neighborhood" -- and that long sleeved dress shirt is a must in any lady's wardrobe. But we can't get enough of that tie, it really ties the look together. I guess we know where Avril got her style cues.
