Kelsey Grammer sat down for a chat with Oprah Winfrey on "Oprah's Next Chapter" (Sun., 9 p.m. ET on OWN) where the "Boss" star talked about his relationship with his ex-wife Camille, as well as his new marriage.
While he's happy now in his current relationship, things are very ugly still with Camille and, according to Grammer, they're not likely to get better any time soon. "Some threats were made," he revealed. "Some extremely unacceptable behavior took place in front of the children, which makes it impossible for us to pretend that we can be civil."
For now, their interactions have to be handled through other people. The couple aren't even on the same page with what they're saying to the press. Camille has said she'd like to co-parent with Grammer, but he told Winfrey that's just not true. He went on to say that he worries she's saying other untrue things about him to their children.
Winfrey brought out new wife Kayte, who did say she was sorry to have fallen in love with Grammer when he was married. But the two are happy now and looking forward to more happiness in the future.
Things are looking up for Winfrey as well, albeit professionally. Thanks in part to these high profile interviews every weekend, the entire OWN lineup has seen ratings growth in prime time, as reported by the NY Post.
