Stone Hill Substitute Charged With Drunk In Public

A woman serving as a substitute teacher at Stone Hill Middle School in Ashburn has been charged with drunk in public at the school. Someone working at the school told a Loudoun County Sheriff's Office school resource officer that a teacher appeared to have been intoxicated when she arrived about 9:06 a.m. Aug. 27, the first day of classes, according to the sheriff's office.
