1. How do you unplug and recharge?
Usually I take a shower. But unfortunately that is not possible at the moment.
2. How many hours of sleep do you get?
It varies; I sleep a lot. Often eight or nine hours a night.
3. What makes you feel your best, most vibrant self?
Exercise and eating light, though it's hard to follow those myself!
