Beer Pong Plays To Start-Up Talent

At New York's technology start-ups, happy hour goes beyond drinks at the local pub.

On a recent Thursday, online eyewear retailer Warby Parker hosted its own version of the Olympics at the Greenwich Village Country Club near Union Square. Teams of employees showed up in themed costumes to compete in beer-pong tournaments and dance-offs. Morgan Stanley employees happened to be there for a separate event, dressed in suits.
