Furniture Thief Breaks Into Tarzana, California Store And Comes Back 3 Times In 1 Night

Furniture Thief Seen On Tape Burglarizing Store 3 TIMES In One Night

If at first you don't steal all the stuff you want, try, try again.

That seems to be the motto of a Tarzana, Calif. furniture store thief who was caught on security cameras burglarizing the business late last Thursday night. He is still on the loose.

CBS Los Angeles reports that the video footage shows the burglar break in and drive off three times in 15 minutes.

“He took a concrete rock and smashed our front window. He climbed in and scoped out our place with a flashlight, stole our company laptop, and stole a 47-inch television,” said co-owner of Just Like Home Furniture, Angie Maidy.

Maidy told KABC she wants justice for the man who stole $3,000 worth of furniture.

"This is a family-owned business," Maidy said. "This isn't just our family, but this is my husband and I. We took our wedding money and started this from the ground up."

KTLA reports that the store's entrance was still boarded up on Monday, and due to the holiday weekend, they were still waiting for detectives to search for forensic evidence.
