'Breaking Up With Overly Attached Girlfriend': Meme Turns Into Viral Video (WATCH)

Laina, better known as "Overly Attached Girlfriend," is a classic Internet success story. The awesome/terrifying video she posted to YouTube for a Justin Bieber fan competition raked in over 12 million views, developed into a "Call Me Maybe" parody, and spawned not one but two memes (not to mention a doppelganger). Now, she's back in action with a new viral video, the inevitable "Breaking Up With Overly Attached Girlfriend."

The hilarious video, uploaded to YouTube this week and co-starring Jimmy of LifeAccordingToJimmy, has already received over a million views.

With her wide eyes and eager stare, she tells the object of her affection sweet nothings such as, "I wish I could live in your socks so I could be with you every step of the way." But when he tells her, "We will never ever be together," you won't want to miss her reaction. Watch the video above to see for yourself.

Although Overly Attached Girlfriend may not have won the affection of her significant other, clearly, Laina has won over the Internet. As one YouTube commenter gushed, "LAINA. MARRY ME."
