Ranch dressing is an American favorite, but it is well-known for being so unhealthy. So, when Rocco DiSpirito, celebrity chef and auhtor of"Now Eat This! Italian", joined me on Mondays with Marlo I just had to ask him if he had any ideas on how to make a great-tasting, healthy ranch dressing. Of course, he did! He told me how to maintain that creamy texture, but cut out most of the fat from one of my favorite salad dressings.
