When you're on the go all the time, it's hard to find the time to make your own meals. So when Rocco DiSpirito, celebrity chef and author of "Now Eat This! Italian", joined me on Mondays with Marlo I just had to ask him for some expert advice on how eat healthy when eating out. His biggest piece of advice: take control. As soon as you walk into a restaurant, you should tell your waiter that you're on a restricted calorie diet and request something be made for you that's under 500 calories.
