As one of the skilled spies on the much-loved "Chuck," Yvonne Strahovski's character often went undercover. But in the new season of the dark serial-killer drama "Dexter," Strahovski is playing one of her most ambiguous and mysterious roles yet.
In the Sun., Oct. 14 episode of the Showtime drama, lab tech (and serial killer) Dexter Morgan meets Strahovski's character, Hannah McKay, who is connected to an old case the Miami police department is looking into. As you can see from HuffPost TV's exclusive clip below, Hannah's mere presence is enough to throw the usually composed Dexter off his game.
The re-energized seventh season of the show is all about new possibilities for Dexter, whose sister, Deb, just found out about what he really does in his spare time. That revelation has thrown Dex and Debra's lives into turmoil, but on the job, they're keeping it together -- just about.
Still, as viewers saw in Episode 2 of "Dexter's" seventh season, the cases he's come across lately have made Dexter reconsider his own path and wonder whether abiding by Harry's Code -- rather than resisting his dark impulses -- was the right path for him.
Hannah McKay is one of the characters who makes Dexter think about his past -- and his future -- in a different light, and viewers will get to know more about her in upcoming episodes.
