When celebrity fitness trainer and lifestyle expert Terri Walsh joined me on Mondays with Marlo, she gave some great advice on how you can easily add balance and stretching routines to your existing workout. Not only did she stress the importance of working on your flexibility at least once a week, she even told me how you can simply transfer your workout to a balance board to work on your stability and balance.
