Miami Indie Cinema Roundup: Arthouse Films Oct. 15 To 21 (VIDEOS)

'I Have A Girlfriend'

This week's movies at Miami's art cinemas are all about characters discovering more about themselves and the people around them.

In "Keep the Lights On" at Tower Theater, two men have a one-night stand that turns into a 10-year-long romance -- even though they keep their relationship a secret from the world, including a girlfriend, and through a battle with addiction.

The French films "Little White Lies" at Cosford Cinema and "All Together" at O Cinema carry the same theme of secrets revealed, with two groups of friends --one young and one old-- coming together through a vacation and the crazy idea of living in the same home only to learn more about the people they thought they knew so well.

Also at Tower Theater, in "Someday This Pain Will Be Useful To You," a teen spends his summer between high school and college depending on his grandmother to help him wade through problems with family, friends and teachers -- until he can't ask her anymore.

See what else is playing, including flicks about a little girl's wild imagination, breaking the child sex trade, and a league of super humans:
