Azealia Banks 'Definitely Boycotting' Dolce & Gabbana After 'Racist' Spring 2013 Collection (PHOTOS)

Azealia Banks Boycotts Dolce & Gabbana Over 'Racist' Clothes

Just as we were starting to forget about those highly offensive and racially insensitive designs Dolce & Gabbana presented during Milan Fashion Week last month, Azealia Banks has decided to kick up the dust.

The Blackamoor imagery (closely resembling mammy-like figures) that was used on Dolce & Gabbana's clothing and accessories upset a lot of people. And now almost a month later they have Azealia's blood boiling. So, the "Jumanji" rapper took to Twitter this past weekend to air her grievances with the Italian design house's controversial spring 2013 collection. Here's what she had to say:

It's all just really unnecessary. the clothes in the collection were fine without all the "black mammie" imagery.

I really hate when people do corny, racist things then try to justify it as "art."

Whoever designed that racist ass Dolce and Gabanna collection needs a swift kick in the mouth and a big dick up the ass.

Definitely boycotting Dolce & Gabanna.

Yup, it looks like she's pretty mad! And we can't blame her--racist fashion statements aren't our jam either.

However, it's unclear if the Dolce & Gabbana boys have seen the rant yet or if they even care that Azealia is vowing to never slip into their clothes again. But perhaps they should.

Although the 21-year-old star has been the center of her own bout of controversy (condom cigar, anyone?), she is definitely making quite the name for herself within the fashion industry. She is currently the face of T by Alexander Wang, has her own M.A.C lipstick and knows how to turn heads on the red carpet.
