ECHO PARK, Calif. (KTLA) -- An Echo Park man is suing the LAPD, claiming he was brutally beaten and arrested, even though he was innocent.
41-year-old Bruce Faraon has filed a civil lawsuit against the department that alleges assault and battery and false imprisonment.
