Bieber Is 'Not Ashamed' Of Selena (VIDEO)

In what Oprah is calling the biggest thing she's done since her landmark interview with Michael Jackson in 1993, the TV host sat down for an intimate conversation with superstar Justin Bieber. During their coversation, Bieber opened up about his music, life in the limelight and his high-profile relationship with 20-year-old Selena Gomez.

The interview took place this week in Chicago while the singer was on a stop from his "Believe" tour and will air next month as part of the "Next Chapter" series on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN). When asked if he and Selena had to use different exits and separate cars to avoid paparazzi and crowds of fans, the "Boyfriend" singer opened up about his feelings for her.

"I don't keep her separate from me because I don't ever want to make her feel like I'm ashamed of her," he told Oprah.

"We had such a good time," said Oprah, who enjoyed candlelit dinner and shopping trip in the Windy City with Biebs.

The news of Bieber's big interview comes at a time when rumors that Jelena may be on the outs are swirling.

According to RadarOnline, a source claimed that Selena is only staying with Bieber because he is "good for her image."
