'Today' Show Graphic Snafu: Image Mistakes Wyoming For Colorado (PHOTO)

The "Today" show ran a faulty graphic on Monday's program.

Journalism blogger Jim Romenesko posted a photo he received from a reader, which consisted of a map of the United States.

The graphic mistakenly highlighted Wyoming as the state of Colorado, making the Centennial State appear north of its actual location.

Though broadcast news graphic fails do not occur far too often, they are quite noticeable. Fox News once mistakenly placed an image of President Obama above Mitt Romney's name, making it seem as though the president was a contender in the 2012 Republican Primary race.
