Parents Explain Why They Vote In Letters To Their Kids (SLIDESHOW)

Not all parents think it's a good idea to tell their kids who they are voting for, but chances are few would object to explaining why they're participating in the election to begin with. In this spirit, Bob Brody of Letters to My Kids wanted to find out more about how parents explain this process to their children.

"Over the last few weeks I’ve asked parents around the country a few questions about the Presidential election," he writes. "Why do you vote? Why does voting matter? What do you think about the campaign and the candidates?"
