Casey Anthony, her parents and her brother are among the names on an updated witness list filed by Zenaida Gonzalez in her defamation lawsuit against Anthony.

Gonzalez's legal team filed the new witness list Thursday. It contains the names of 24 witnesses, down from 90 names on an earlier witness list filed by the attorneys.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, Gonzalez's attorneys had agreed to pare down their list after Anthony's lawyers complained the first one was too beefy.

Names on the new witness list include Anthony, her parents, George and Cindy, her brother, Lee, police detective Yuri Melich, and two local TV news reporters: Michelle Meredith and Kathi Belich.

Casey Anthony, 26, was acquitted last year of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee. When Caylee disappeared in 2008, Anthony told Florida police a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez had kidnapped her daughter. Gonzalez is seeking punitive damages against Anthony, claiming her reputation is ruined.

Anthony's defense team denies the charges. The case is scheduled to go to trial in Orlando in early January.

An email to her attorney was not immediately returned Saturday.

Anthony was acquitted last year of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee. After Caylee disappeared in the summer of 2008, Anthony told investigators that a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez had kidnapped the toddler. Gonzalez later sued Anthony, claiming her reputation had been ruined.

During her murder trial, Anthony's attorney told jurors that the babysitter story was fabricated.
