Many times there are small windows in our homes that don’t have blinds or curtains, which makes privacy a bit of an issue -- especially when they’re in the bathroom. If you’re concerned about "peeping Toms" and just want some piece of mind, you can frost your windows, which will block any unwanted attention to your home. According to Group Recipes, there is a simple way to do this that isn’t permanent or messy.

First, mix four tablespoons of Epsom salt with one cup of beer. Allow this to sit for 30 minutes. Then, when the salt dissolves, apply the solution to your window with a paint brush or cloth.

The best part is that the mixture can be removed with water, so there’s no need to worry if you’re renting. Plus, it’s a really inexpensive and natural way to protect your privacy.
