Thanksgiving is notorious for leaving tons of leftovers in its wake. When nutritionist and host of The Cooking Channel's "Healthy Appetite" Ellie Krieger joined me on Mondays With Marlo, she broke down which dishes still taste delicious days after the holiday. Casseroles, stews and soups are easy to reheat and always fare well as leftovers. In general, you should avoid reheating proteins because you may overcook them, but you can serve them cold over salad or as part of an antipasta.
