Gluten-Free Stuffing, From Ellie Krieger (WATCH)

Nutritionist and host of The Cooking Channel's "Healthy Appetite" Ellie Krieger spoke about cooking gluten-free stuffing when she joined me on Mondays With Marlo. Use gluten-free cornbread, rice or quinoa to craft stuffing that will be suitable for those with Celiac disease.
