Juwan Howard Trump Tower Condo For Sale: NBA Champ's Digs Listed For Nearly 3.3 Million (PHOTOS)

Chicago-born NBA champ Juwan Howard recently put his sky-high pad in Trump Tower up for sale to the tune of nearly $3.3 million.

Listed roughly two weeks ago, according to Estately, the mini palace in the sky boasts three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half bath and three fireplaces. If sitting on a primo piece of downtown real estate weren't enough of a status symbol, there are few views that can match the one from Howard's condo, which overlooks part of the Loop, River North and Lake Michigan.

The condo's summery feel is thanks to Miami-based interior designer Tessi Garcia who was apparently aiming for more "South Beach" and less "Old Chicago." Inside, the 3,080 square-foot abode is full of beachy white walls, champagne and gold accents and the occasional pop of color.

Unsurprisingly, all the high-end comforts are built in, like motorized window treatments, custom lighting and sound and a state-of-the-art kitchen. The glassed-in wine cellar is the biggest standout of the interior features, but again, nothing much can be said that tops the stunning birds-eye-view of the glittering city.

Completed in 2009, the Trump Tower is second only to the Sears Willis Tower in Chicago, also surpassing the John Hancock Center as the nation's tallest residential skyscraper.

Several of Chicago's pro athletes call the tower home, such as Bulls star Derrick Rose purchased a $2.8 million condo there in March. Former Chicago Bears quarterback Rex Grossman was a one-time resident, but sold his condo at a loss in 2010, reports the Sun-Times, while Chicago Blackhawk Patrick Kane is reported to still be among Howard's (soon-to-be former) neighbors.

Update: The condo was re-listed as of Dec. 7 with a new asking price of $3,295,000, up from the originally reported price of $2.9 million.
