Recommended Daily Fruit Amount, From Joy Bauer (WATCH)

How many fruits are you supposed to eat each day? Joy Bauer, health and nutrition expert, explained that everyone should eat two to three servings of fruit per day when she joined me on Mondays With Marlo. Fruits do have natural sugar, but they are also packed with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fiber.
