'Extreme Moms': Woman Has Spent $100K On Cheerleading

"Extreme Moms" premiered on Lifetime, taking a look at the world of competitive cheerleading. In the premiere, viewers met Debbie, who's spent more than $100,000 on the sport. Based on the footage shown, she seems to be way more into it than her daughter, Amanda.

Debbie has Amanda home-schooled, so she has more time to practice her cheerleading. She even pays to have a private coach come to her house every morning to help stretch Amanda out.

One scene shows Debbie yelling at Amanda, who is complaining of a stomach ache. "Somebody says you can’t," Debbie shouted. "Watch me, because I’m going to prove their ass wrong. So can you, or can’t you?!"

When Amanda still complained of the pain, Debbie said in a confessional, "She has excuses for everything. It’s excuse after excuse."

Is it all a bit too much? Or is Debbie just using tough love to motivate her daughter to be the best she can be? "Extreme Moms" continues on Tuesdays at 11 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
