Quora 2012: The 10 Questions That Were Bugging Folks The Most

With all the data they collect on users, Internet companies have a way of peering into our souls to see what we're thinking about collectively. But there are some sites that actually provide answers to some of these burning questions.

Quora, the question-and-answer website, has shared with The Huffington Post its most popular questions in 2012. These queries represent topics people online were most eager to discuss and are ranked by Quora in terms of user engagement -- the number of followers, views, votes and shares each question had. It turns out that in 2012, breakout figures like basketball player Jeremy Lin and Korean pop star Psy engendered a lot of discussion, as did topics like murder, heroism and wealth.
