'Downton Abbey' Gingerbread House Created By Cookie Artist Curtis Jensen (VIDEO)

Just in time for the holidays and the upcoming season of "Downton Abbey," cookie artist and "Downton" enthusiast Curtis Jensen put together a gingerbread model of the sprawling English mansion.

In Jensen's four-minute time lapse video, he creates an elaborate edible gingerbread house that looks remarkably like the home of the Granthams.

Check it out below:

This isn't the first time "Downton Abbey" has made a journey into the food world. Back in April, a diorama was constructed starring Peeps donning appropriate period attire.

Season 3 of "Downton Abbey" premieres in the U.S. on Sun., Jan. 6 at 9 p.m. ET on PBS.
