Worst Movies Of All Time: 'Twilight Saga,' 'Batman & Robin' Voted Worst By Fans

The Worst Movie Of All Time?

Fans of the "Twilight" saga, steel yourselves: According to a new poll hosted by RiffTrax, the "Twilight" films are the worst movies of all time.

"There's a lot to cover in this vast, sprawling film series so let us try to boil it down for you," wrote RiffTrax, before breaking down the "Twilight" franchise as such: "Mumble mumble mumble moon eyes. Mumble mumble mumble mumble lay in a field. Mumble mumble mumble perv on a baby. Mumble." The "perv on a baby" comment is in reference to the fact that Jacob (Taylor Lautner) imprints on Bella and Edward's daughter, Renesmee, making him Renesmee's soulmate.

"Twilight" wasn't the only franchise dinged by RiffTrax readers. The infamous "Batman and Robin" was voted the second worst movie of all time, while Batman spin-off "Catwoman" (with Halle Berry) came in third. "Spider-Man 3" and "The Last Airbender" rounded out the top-five.

RiffTrax is a site created by the people behind Mystery Science Theater 3000.

Not surprisingly, "The Twilight Saga - Breaking Dawn Part 2" was voted worst film of 2012 by RiffTrax users; "Battleship" and "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance" followed close behind. Ironically, "Breaking Dawn Part 2" did receive some of the best reviews in the "Twilight" franchise, including a positive notice from The New York Times. Not that reviews mattered to fans: "Breaking Dawn Part 2" grossed $799 million worldwide, including $286 million in North America.
