A Resolution Doesn’t Have To Be Broken

I'm Only Human and I Did It

The new year can be an exciting time: a chance to start fresh, reinvent yourself and of course take on a new resolution. Not surprisingly, most new year resolutions involve weight loss; a goal some have always considered impossible to reach. Weight Watchers is proving everyday that you don't have to be perfect to lose weight and keep it off. If you are human, you can do it.

For 30 years, Kendra saw weight loss as an unattainable goal, with pressures of a job, raising children and running a household, she always put herself at the bottom of life's totem pole. Ultimately her high blood pressure, body pain and limited mobility began taking their toll and led to a warning from her doctor that she was at risk of not seeing her sons graduate. With nothing to lose and everything to gain, she turned to Weight Watchers with her husband by her side. Together, they learned to track and be accountable for everything they ate and scheduled exercise around their busy schedules. Weight Watchers allowed Kendra and her husband to have a livable plan to lose weight and keep it off.

Kendra is only human, and she has achieved goals that were once unthinkable. She is only human, and yet, she now has extraordinary confidence in herself. She is only human, but now she inspires people around her. Kendra is living proof that nothing is impossible with the right tools and guidance. With 2013 still in its infancy, now is the perfect time to take the step towards more energy, more confidence, and more smiles. Make success your New Year's resolution. You are human, and you can do it!

In collaboration with Weight Watchers, we are putting the spotlight on the 'I'm Only Human and I Did It Project.' For so long, people have had a voice in their heads telling them they have to be perfect to lose weight. It turns out that voice is wrong. With Weight Watchers, you don't have to be perfect, and this project is letting those people who did it without being perfect share their stories, in their voices, as inspiration.

*People following the Weight Watchers plan can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
