The BROpener Kickstarter Campaign Turns Any Surface Into A Bottle Opener

We are consistently impressed with the myriad ways humans have attempted to open beer bottles. Everyone has their favorite trick, and companies get into the game with novelty bottle openers every day. Need a bottle opener that counts your beers? How about a bottle opener that doubles as a construction tool?

Tired of dinging up their homes with the bro-approved parlor trick of opening a beer bottle on a table or counter's edge, Matt and Aaron invented The BROpener. This sure-to-be-frat-house-approved Kickstarter project's genius is in its simplicity. A single, domino-shaped tab of anodized, aircraft grade aluminum with a strip of highly durable double-stick tape and a magnet becomes a bottle opener that is installable nearly anywhere, unobtrusive and catches your bottle cap every time.
