On this week's all-new episode of "Grey's Anatomy" (Thursday, January 10 at 9 p.m. EST on ABC), it may be the end for Bailey (Chandra Wilson) and Ben (Jason George).
The affianced couple was supposed to get married in the winter finale of "Grey's Anatomy." But, on her way to the wedding, the Chief (James Pickens, Jr.) got a call that Adele (Loretta Devine) was vomiting blood and was being taken to the hospital, Bailey turned the limo around and rushed to the emergency room at Seattle Grace to help, still in her wedding dress and Ben was left waiting for her at the alter.
This week's winter premiere episode, titled "Things We Said Today," picks up where the finale left off so we'll see Ben again, but it might be for the last time. George, who's been cast on the upcoming ABC drama "Mistresses," talked about his future on "Grey's" at the 2013 Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour on Thursday. The actor told reporters that he didn't know when he'd return to Seattle Grace after this week's episode ... if at all.
When HuffPost asked Patrick Dempsey (Derek Shepard on "Grey's") if Bailey would get her happily ever after, he said, "I don't think there's any happily ever afters in this group. They're all too dysfunctional."

Bailey puts her wedding day on hold and continues her efforts to save Adele's life, Cristina and Owen remain undecided about their pending divorce, while Arizona and Callie try to get their spark back. Meanwhile, the hospital becomes inundated with a group of bikers after a horrible accident.
