Art Basel Unveils Plans For Hong Kong

HONG KONG -- The city's top art fair is getting bigger, richer and sleeker. The reason: The world is paying attention, organizers say.

Art Basel today announced the gallery lineup for its new Hong Kong fair in May, with 48 new galleries that have never shown works in the city before. It has also invested more money into reshaping the show's architecture and design, and recruited a new team of VIP managers to make sure the world's biggest collectors find what they want.
