You may not know it, but you've been opening your packets of ketchup wrong. At least, that's what's suggested in a video promoting the Ketchup Presser, a re-imagined French fries packaging by Hwandong Lee, Myung Gyu Kim, Nari Lee and Taeno Yoon.
Although many people who dine at fast food eateries squeeze their ketchup onto the paper mats that cover serving trays, the video suggests that this might contaminate the condiment with potentially harmful substances inside the paper. Rather, the Ketchup Presser is designed to squeeze out the contents of the ketchup packet onto the container itself.
Someone call McDonald's, this seems up its alley.
