President Barack Obama's second term kicks off today with a massive celebration in Washington, D.C.

The festivities kick off in front of the U.S. Capitol at 9:30 a.m., when the fifth-grade chorus from Public School 22 in Staten Island, New York performs. The president and first lady will make their first appearance at approximately 11:20 a.m.
