Adrienne Maloof, Sean Stewart Dating: 'Real Housewives' Star Defends Relationship

Adrienne Maloof has already made waves in the tabloid circuit for hooking up with 32-year-old Sean Stewart -- Rod Stewart's troubled son, who is 19 years Maloof's junior. Now the 51-year-old "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star is defending their relationship, calling herself a "modern business woman" who doesn't "think of age."

In an interview with People magazine, Maloof said of her romance with Stewart: "This started as a business relationship and now we're casually dating. It's casual, real casual… [Stewart is] a lot more mature than a lot of 60-year-olds at this time in his life."

Maloof, who recently split from husband of 10 years, Paul Nassif, added that Stewart has been "clean and sober for years."

At least one person won't be cheering on this new couple: Maloof's cast mate Brandi Glanville. Responding to a new Us Weekly report this week, in which Maloof accuses Glanville of trying to "destroy" her family, Glanville fired back: “I think Adrienne did a nice job of ruining her own family when she accused her husband of child abuse. She did this, not me."
